8- 1/2 cups flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1- 1/2 cups instant nonfat dry milk
2-1/2 cups vegetable shortening
Mix dry ingredients well. Cut in shortening until the mixture appears crumbly. Store in an airtight container. Keeps well for 8-12 weeks. Use just like regular Bisquick mix.
